Sondra Anderson showed an interest in art from an early age with her drawings, paintings and creations of three dimensional structures from paper. Her talents won her a city-wide award in Portland, Oregon in elementary school. Today, she continues to express her creativity by designing and making jewelry. Her fondness for pearls shows and often her designs include pearls as a focal point, with accents of precious metals and gemstones.
Many of Sondra's designs can be worn more than one way. She takes pleasure in designing her pearl and gemstone necklaces because the combinations of colors and shapes are endless. Special attention is given to her fabricated clasps that are easy to use, as well as providing an accent to her pearl necklaces when worn at the side rather than the back. Pearls are different from each other in a way that makes one take notice . This is the splendor of the Pearl!
