If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call Suzanne Arkless for a return authorization number within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Personalized or custom orders may not be exchanged or returned for a refund under any circumstances. An item should be returned in its original packaging unworn, within the required time frame and I will exchange it or offer a refund based on your original method of payment.

Note: I recommend you 1) Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and 2) Insure your package for safe return declaring full value so you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. You will be responsible for any damage or loss of the product during shipping if you do not adhere to the above recommendations..

Asking for and confirming your credit card security code helps validate that you are in possession of your credit card and helps protect you from unauthorized use of your account.

I also accept cashier’s checks or money orders as valid payment but do not accept a business or personal check unless I so authorize it. Items will be shipped after the check has been validated by the issuing bank and after payment has been completed.
